Enthusiasm, pride and respect all went hand in hand today on the First Full day of NAMIC’s 22nd Annual Conference. Attendees were invigorated about their industry and as a newcomer to the industry; it was quite encouraging to witness. The plethora of professionals that streamed in ranged in shades, sizes and dialects. To see the beauty of diversity in one room was amazing. The thirst for information and further education from this level of talent made me realize that you are never too wise to learn. I understand that possibilities are truly endless once you make the choice to stand for something and demand your voice be heard. It is a truly wonderful experience and I am excited about tomorrow.
